For those of you who have been living under a rock, an OOO automatic reply is sent when someone is out of office on vacation, a business trip, on maternity leave, or literally anything else.
Whatever the case may be, they aren't responding to emails right now. This is how they look:
They are ugly looking - I know.
It is your duty as a cold outreach menace to make sure that these people still see what you have to offer them.
If you don't - you are literally making the conscious choice to make less money and sign less clients. There is no excuse not to have an out of office subsequence. Just do it.

Go to your sending tool.
Go to a campaign.
Go to "Subsequences."
Click "Add a Subsequence."
Select these settings.
Write a relevant subject line (ex. you back in?, back in office?, since you left, etc)
In the email body, restate your offer and CTA to a sales asset, free resource, etc.
Keep following up for 3-5 emails.
If they respond, continue as if it were a normal response.
If they don't after 3-5 emails - ditch the lead.
