What is collected
The form asks for a first name, a last name, a company name, an email address and a mobile phone number. Nothing is optional and nothing is inferred.
Two things are recorded alongside them. The phone number is checked against the carrier to establish whether it is a mobile, a landline or an internet number, because a landline cannot receive the verification text. And if the link you arrived on carried a tracking parameter, that parameter is stored exactly as it arrived, so we know which video or page sent you.
No cookies are set by the form. The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not track you across other sites.
Why it is collected, and what is done with it
To send you the file. The email address is where the link goes.
To confirm you are a real person. A six-digit code is sent once to the phone number and you type it back. That single message is transactional and is sent whether or not you agree to anything else.
To follow up about the leads we sell, by email. You can stop that at any time by replying to any message and saying so.
To call or text you about the leads we sell, but only if you ticked the second box on the form. That box is unticked by default, ticking it is not a condition of downloading the file or of buying anything, and replying STOP to a text ends it.
The services that carry it
Twilio sends the verification text and performs the carrier check on the number.
Resend sends the email containing the file and the notification to us.
Vercel hosts this site and runs the two request handlers behind the form.
Your details are not sold, rented, licensed or shared with partners, and they are not passed to any other lead buyer or vendor.
How long it is kept
Twenty-four months from the date you submit the form, unless you ask for it to be removed sooner.
Verification records held by Twilio expire on their own schedule and are not kept by us beyond the fact that a number was verified.
Removing your details
Email alex@infinitebookings.com and ask. Your row is deleted from the spreadsheet and from the inbox, and the address is added to a suppression list so a later form submission does not reinstate it.
You can also ask what is held about you, and we will send it back as it is stored.
Depending on where you live you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. Ask by the same route and we will honour them.
The UCC filing file itself
The file contains public business filing records — company names, cities, states, filing dates, filing numbers and the secured party on each filing — together with a business contact name and phone number matched in from business records. It contains no email addresses and no consumer or household contact details.
The filings are published by state filing offices as public data, and if you are named in one and want it changed, that office is the only place that can change it. If you are named as a business contact in the file and want to be removed from it, email alex@infinitebookings.com and the row is taken out of the next version.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who it goes to, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
