Buy shared leads

Shared MCA leads, in your CRM in realtime.

Realtime merchant funding applications at a lower price per lead than exclusive, because each one is sold to more than one broker. Built for floors that dial fast.

What are shared MCA leads, and what do they cost?

A shared MCA lead is a merchant funding application sold to more than one broker. Ours are $40 per lead, forwarded into your CRM in realtime, and each one comes with a TrustedForm certificate. You pay less than for an exclusive lead because you are not the only broker who receives it — so the rep who dials first has the advantage.

When shared beats exclusive

And when it does not. The deciding number is cost per funded deal, not price per lead.

On a shared lead another broker is working the same merchant, so the advantage goes to whoever reaches them first. That makes shared a bet on your own speed. It tends to pay when:

  • Your floor dials inside a minute or two. The first broker the merchant speaks to is having a different conversation from the second. Speed to lead is the variable that decides it.
  • You run a dialer team built for volume. Reps who can absorb more attempts per contact, with a follow-up cadence that keeps going after the first day, turn a lower price per lead into a lower price per deal.
  • The maths clears on your numbers. At $40 against $60, shared is cheaper per funded deal while it funds at better than two thirds of your exclusive rate.

A worked example. If exclusive funds 3 of every 50 on your floor, each funded deal costs $1,000 in leads. 50 shared leads cost $2,000, so they match that at 2 funded deals and beat it at anything above. Fund fewer and exclusive was the cheaper buy. Run it against your own commission with the cost per funded deal calculator.

It tends not to pay when:

  • Leads sit for an hour before anyone calls. On a shared lead, that hour belongs to the other broker.
  • One closer works every lead personally and cannot get to them all inside minutes.
  • Your pitch depends on being the only broker the merchant hears from.

The longer comparison is in exclusive vs shared vs aged MCA leads. If you want the record to yourself, that is exclusive MCA leads.

Questions

What are shared MCA leads?

A shared MCA lead is a merchant funding application sold to more than one broker. Ours are $40 per lead, forwarded into your CRM in realtime, and each comes with a TrustedForm certificate. It costs less than an exclusive lead because you are not the only broker who receives it.

How many brokers get a shared MCA lead?

More than one. That is the whole difference from an exclusive lead, which is sold to one broker and costs $60. If you need to be the only broker holding the record, buy exclusive; if you are buying shared, assume another broker is dialling the same merchant and plan to be first.

Do shared MCA leads come with a TrustedForm certificate?

Yes. Every shared lead comes with a third-party TrustedForm certificate recording the submission: its timestamp, page URL, IP address and browser. Exclusive leads carry one as well. Aged leads and live submission data do not.

Are shared leads better than exclusive leads?

Neither is better in the abstract. The comparison that matters is cost per funded deal on your own floor. At $40 against $60, a shared lead is the cheaper way to a funded deal as long as it funds at better than two thirds of the rate exclusive does for you. A floor that dials inside a minute has the best chance of clearing that; a team that calls back an hour later is the one that loses the merchant to the other broker.

How are shared MCA leads delivered?

In realtime, by webhook POST into your CRM: GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Close, or anything with an inbound webhook. Email plus a live Google Sheet, if there is no CRM yet.
