Most first lead orders that fail were bought in the wrong order: the price agreed before the budget was known, the leads delivered before the CRM was ready, the result judged before anyone decided what a good one looked like. The steps below are the order that avoids that. Each one is short, and skipping any of them is how a working vendor gets blamed for a floor problem.
What do you need before you buy MCA leads?
Before buying MCA leads you need three things in place: a CRM that can receive a lead the moment it is generated, reps with time free to dial it straight away, and a written number for what you can afford to pay per funded deal. The first two decide whether the leads get worked; the third decides whether working them pays.
If you do not have a CRM yet, a vendor can usually deliver by email and a shared sheet, but you will be slower to the dial than a floor that has one, and on a real-time lead that is most of what you paid for.
How much can you afford to pay per MCA lead?
You can afford whatever price per lead keeps your cost per funded deal under the share of commission you are willing to spend on acquisition, and you find it by dividing that ceiling by how many leads it takes you to fund one deal. The broker economics guide walks through the ceiling, and the cost per funded deal calculator does the division on an order of leads.
Do this before you speak to a vendor. A budget set after the sales call tends to be the vendor’s number with your name on it.
Which type of MCA lead should you buy?
Buy the MCA lead type your floor can work as fast as the type demands, because a real-time lead worked a day late performs like an aged one at a real-time price. The table sets each type’s open-market band, as researched on 29 August 2026, beside what has to be in place on your side before buying it pays.
| Lead type | Market band, per lead | What you need in place first |
|---|---|---|
| Exclusive, mobile-verified | $65–$120 | A webhook into your CRM and a rep free to dial the moment it lands |
| Exclusive, unverified | $30–$65 | The same, plus a way to log and claim dead numbers |
| Real-time shared | $10–$30 | Instant delivery and the fastest dial on your floor |
| Fresh application, 0–30 days | $15–$45 | A multi-touch cadence, because others called first |
| Live transfer | $50–$300 | Reps on the phones during the hours transfers arrive |
| Aged data | Under $5 | A dialler, a long cadence and low expectations per record |
| UCC and business lists | Cents | A dialler, a compliance review and a cold script |
Which floor each type suits best, and which of them Infinite Bookings sells, is in the best MCA leads in 2026. What each type means in buyers per record is in exclusive vs shared MCA leads.
What should you get in writing before you pay?
Before paying for MCA leads, get four terms in writing: the number of buyers each lead goes to and for how long, how the phone number is verified, what is replaced and on what proof, and what happens to the money if the order is delivered short.
- Buyers per lead, and whether the record is ever sold again later in any form, including as aged data.
- The verification method by name. A one-time code is a method; "verified" is not.
- The replacement policy, with an example of what is replaced and what is not. A merchant who did not pick up is a dialling outcome, not a bad lead. Lead replacement policies covers what a fair one says.
- A refund for any undelivered balance.
The full list is twelve questions before you sign a lead agreement. A vendor happy to say these on a call and reluctant to write them down has told you which version they mean.
How should MCA leads be delivered to your CRM?
MCA leads should arrive by webhook straight into your CRM, shaped to the fields your CRM already uses, with a test lead sent and confirmed before any real one. Infinite Bookings posts to GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Close or any CRM with an inbound webhook, matched to the JSON you send, and nothing goes live until you confirm the test lead landed right.
Set pacing at the same time: a daily cap your reps can work at full speed, and a delivery window that matches the hours they are on the phones. Leads that arrive faster than your floor can dial them age in the queue. Lead pacing and delivery windows covers how to set both, and what a lead payload should contain covers the fields.
How many MCA leads should a first order be?
A first MCA lead order should be large enough that one good or bad week cannot decide the result, and fifty leads is the unit the exclusive-lead benchmark on this site is quoted in. Below about twenty-five, the read says more about the fortnight than about the leads.
Write the success threshold down before the first lead lands, keep the dial cadence the same as your existing leads, and tag the source in the CRM so the comparison exists at all. How to run a lead vendor test properly has the controls. Infinite Bookings prices exclusive leads per lead, with order size and pacing agreed on the call, so the first order can be sized to the test rather than to a pack.
How do you know if the leads you bought are working?
You know MCA leads are working when the order’s cost per funded deal sits under your ceiling at a realistic outcome, which means judging the whole order once it has been fully worked rather than the first few days of contact rate.
- Measure time to first dial against the merchant’s own submission timestamp. On a real-time lead it is the number that moves every other one. Speed to lead has the benchmarks.
- Track contact rate and funded rate separately. A low contact rate points at the leads or the dial speed; healthy contact with few funded points at qualification or placement.
- Plan against the low end of the benchmark. On Infinite Bookings’ exclusive leads clients report two to four funded deals per fifty (4–8%); at $60 a lead that is about $750 to $1,500 of leads per funded deal.
How do you buy MCA leads from Infinite Bookings?
To buy MCA leads from Infinite Bookings, book a call from the buy MCA leads page, agree the order size and pacing, pay upfront, send the webhook URL and the fields your CRM expects, and confirm a test lead; the first real lead arrives within 24 hours of setup.
- **Price.** Exclusive leads are $60 per lead, or $50 on orders of 500 or more. Shared leads are $40 per lead, aged leads $0.35 per lead, and live submission data is quoted directly.
- **Pacing.** Roughly five a day, or whatever cap your floor can work, during business hours in your timezone or around the clock.
- **Replacements.** Spam, dead numbers and bounced emails are replaced on proof. A merchant who did not pick up is not replaced.
- **Short orders.** Every lead not delivered is refunded.
- **Not offered.** No free trials and no commission or revenue-share deals.
The seven minimums every exclusive lead clears, and how each is enforced, are on the lead criteria page. Infinite Bookings is the right vendor for a floor that dials inside a minute and the wrong one for a floor that works leads the next day, and it says so before the order rather than after.
