The best MCA leads in 2026

Best depends on your floor. Here is which type suits which one.

The short answer

The best MCA leads in 2026 for most brokers are exclusive, mobile-verified leads delivered in real time to a floor that dials inside a minute; on the open market they run $65–$120 per lead (bands checked 29 August 2026). Shared leads suit floors with spare rep capacity, aged data suits high-volume outbound, and live transfers suit floors that cannot reach merchants. Infinite Bookings sells exclusive mobile-verified leads at $60, under the floor of that band.

There is no single best MCA lead, because the lead that funds for a five-rep floor that dials in thirty seconds wastes money for a forty-seat floor that works lists by the thousand. What is true across every floor is shorter: the best lead is the one your floor can reach first, at a cost per funded deal your commission covers. This guide sorts the lead types by which floor each one is best for, then says what a good one looks like whichever type you buy.

What are the best MCA leads to buy in 2026?

For a broker or ISO who can call within a minute, the best MCA leads in 2026 are exclusive, mobile-verified, real-time leads, because they are the only type where your rep can be the first call the merchant takes. Exclusive means one buyer, mobile-verified means the merchant typed back a code texted to the number before submitting, and real-time means the record reaches your CRM the moment they do. On the open market that combination runs $65–$120 a lead. It is the most expensive record per lead and, for a floor that works it fast, usually the cheapest per funded deal, which is worked through in how much MCA leads cost.

If your floor cannot dial that fast, exclusive is not the best buy for you, and the table below is the place to start instead.

Which lead type is best for which kind of floor?

Each MCA lead type is best for a different floor, and the table pairs the seven with the one each suits, beside the open-market price band as researched on 29 August 2026. The bands are what the market charges, not Infinite Bookings quotes; the last column says which of the seven Infinite Bookings sells and at what price.

Lead typeMarket band, per leadBuyers per leadBest forInfinite Bookings
Exclusive, mobile-verified$65–$120OneA floor that dials inside a minute and wants to be the first callYes — $60, under the floor of the band
Exclusive, unverified$30–$65One, usuallyA floor that will accept a share of wrong numbers for a lower priceNo — our exclusive leads are mobile-verified
Real-time shared$10–$30Three to fiveA floor with rep capacity to spare that can win on speedYes — $40 per lead, sold to more than one broker
Fresh application, 0–30 days$15–$45Rarely disclosedFollow-up teams working merchants who are still shoppingNot as a separate product
Live transfer$50–$300One call, screened by the sellerA floor whose problem is reaching merchants, not closing themNo
Aged dataUnder $5Many, repeatedlyHigh-volume outbound, renewals and long nurtureYes — $0.35 per lead, not exclusive
UCC and business listsCentsAnyone who buys the fileCold outreach to businesses that have borrowed beforeNo — a filing is a reason to call, not a request

Read the "best for" column before the price column. A floor that buys the right type at the wrong speed loses more than a floor that pays a few dollars over the band for the right type. The definitions behind each row are in the glossary: exclusive leads, shared leads, aged leads, live transfers and UCC leads.

What makes an MCA lead good, whichever type you buy?

A good MCA lead of any type has five things you can check before paying: a vendor who generates the traffic, a phone number proven to be live, a stated number of buyers, delivery fast enough for its type, and a consent record you can produce if the call is challenged.

  • **Self-generated traffic.** A vendor who runs its own ads knows who else received the record. One who buys from an aggregator is passing on a claim it cannot check. Spotting a lead reseller covers the tells.
  • **A proven phone number.** A one-time code the merchant types back proves a live mobile at the moment of submission; format validation proves only that the digits look like a number.
  • **A number of buyers, in writing.** "Exclusive" and "limited distribution" are descriptions. One, three or five is a term, and so is how long it holds.
  • **Delivery that matches the type.** A real-time lead delivered in a morning CSV is a fresh application by the time anyone dials it. Real-time delivery means a webhook into your CRM.
  • **A consent record.** A third-party certificate with the merchant’s own timestamp is the record you rely on, because you are the one who places the call.

Those five sort vendors inside one type. To compare whole vendors against each other, the eight-point scorecard in how to compare MCA lead providers does it on paper.

When is a shared or aged lead the best buy?

A shared or aged MCA lead is the best buy when your floor has more rep hours than records and wins on volume, because then the lower price per lead is a saving rather than a cost moved onto payroll.

  • Shared leads suit a floor fast enough to beat the other buyers to the dial and big enough to work the extra attempts. Where shared overtakes exclusive on cost per funded deal is calculated on the shared leads page.
  • Aged data suits outbound teams running a dialler, renewal and stacking plays, and long nurture. When aged leads are worth buying is specific about the ages that still work.
  • Live transfers suit a floor whose contact rate is the bottleneck and whose close rate is not. Web leads vs live transfers sets the two side by side.

Which MCA leads should you avoid in 2026?

Avoid any MCA lead whose vendor will not put the number of buyers, the age of the record and the verification method in writing, because a lead without those three is an unknown product at a known price. In practice that rules out most of what is sold with words in place of numbers: "semi-exclusive" with no count, "aged 30 to 90 days" with no generation date, and "verified" with no method. It also rules out a lead sold as exclusive by a vendor who also sells aged data and will not say whether your record is ever in it, which is the gap exclusive vs shared MCA leads spends most of its length on.

Where does Infinite Bookings sit among the best MCA leads?

Infinite Bookings sells exclusive, mobile-verified MCA leads at $60 per lead, flat (minimum order 50), which is under the floor of the $65–$120 band for that type. Each exclusive lead is sent to one broker, generated from Infinite Bookings’ own Meta and Instagram ads, and has cleared these minimums before delivery: Over $30,000 a month in revenue; Requesting over $15,000; One year or more in business; 600+ credit score; No previous defaults; Under 5 positions; U.S.-based; Mobile verified by 6-digit code.

Infinite Bookings also sells shared MCA leads at $40 per lead, sold to more than one broker, which is above the $10–$30 band for real-time shared; and aged MCA leads at $0.35 per lead, which are not exclusive. Exclusive and shared leads come with a third-party TrustedForm certificate; aged leads do not. Infinite Bookings does not sell unverified exclusive leads, live transfers or UCC lists.
